Today was the first dat we learned graphic design we began with our instructor William letting us learn how to use Photoshop on our own whoch was enjoyable. We then went on to discuss how each graphic design project we create will have to do with a weekly theme we will follow. We had a presentor Xianping cpme in and discuss with us what bicultural actove living and lifestyle is (BALL) The presentatipn was really redundent and not very interesting but I’ve been through lecture many times worse. Overall today was a good day.
The firat day of Step up internship
Today wasnt really a good day from the start I forgot to get my bike lock from a friend so I had to walk the 2.5 miles from my house to AMA I also wasnt particularly happy about being placed here instead of Webber Park like I preffered, but there isnt always positives to everything. The first day here made me feel likw I was back in middle school with all the middle schoolers here. The childish activities we did also didnt help my outlook on what we’ll dp here. I’m dissappinted for the first day because there hasn’t been any actual work to be done.
Step up Week 1 Day 1
The first day of my Step-Up internship was quite a let down if anything I expected graphic design/ video instruction on how to do what would be our jobs but all I got was childish teambuilding exercises, getting stuck with middle schoolers, and some pretty good pizza WHICH I guess evens it out in the end. While the first day wasnt what I hoped it would be I hope the following days will involve actual work.
