today  learned that more men have been through violent situations then women. But most say the abuse happened at a young age.

Today I learned how to pick weeds out of a garden and how to dispose of them I also had spent time with my o-workers today. We also took pictures next to the metro transit bikes.

Today we went to the farmers market ad it was pretty fun while being there. I was lucky to have a sweet little girl named chanel be my partner I bought strawberries and grapes for us to share with the rest of the group overall it was i pretty fun time today at the famers market.

Yesterday was fun at the mall it was all pretty much just another time at the mall and going on the train. I had fun at the farmers market getting fresh fruit. Overall I had a lot of fun i just wish we had stayed at the mall an had a little more time there

I think this has to have been my favorite moment, Because in this world we live in today people don’t appreciate things as much but this little girl was happy with just a pack of strawberries. That”s why I didn’t mind spending my own money because her smile was priceless when i did buy them for her. So this was a humbling experience for me to know that I can do something so little and it makes someone else happy.

Today while doing my research I learned that there are more then 7,000 chemicals found in cigarettes. Also around 1,300 people die each day due to smoking. cigarette  smoking kills roughly around 480,000 a year.

Today we learned about tobacco and the harmful effects it has.
