Week 4 Day 2

We finally got to go on  a walk again. I think the anti-terrorism post card turned out good, but I just wish I knew what I wanted out of a post card. We also had a guest speaker come in and he told us about his job and encouraged us to go far.

STEP-UP 2017 Week 4 Day 2 – Violence Prevention

Our topic this week is Violence Prevention. Violence comes in many forms, which the Graphic Team took some time to research before moving on to produce their images. I chose Domestic Violence as my topic, and here is my image. Typically, people in domestically violent situations do not report them to the authorities or even their friends or family, hence the censor bars over her eyes. The ‘messy make up’ effect over her mouth is to highlight her expression and the message, “Some people are not good for me, no matter how much I love them.”, is to drive the message home that even though you love someone, they can be hurtful towards you (whether physically, mentally, or emotionally) and sometimes, however difficult it may be to get out of that relationship, it is the best solution to the problem.

Week 4 day 1

Today was very tiring because we actually got into the action or the work. It was frustrating because most of us were confused. The weather was making us complain. But other that that, I think we did pretty good. We were having fun and laughing a lot.

Week 4 day 1

Today was normal as usual. We edited our projects and turn it in. I got a lot of free time today though since me and my partner finish early again.
