We often disregard the simple, but most important actions in our life. Taking a moment to breath can help soften or even reset your irritating mental state. Actions perform from a much more relax and calm state of mind is always more efficient and less problematic.
If you didn’t know, your mental state is much deeper & closer to you than this external world you kept worrying about. You are also even deeper, you experience this world from yourself actually. Without you nothing would matter. After you there is your mind then the world comes after that. So take care of the more important thing that alines closer to you. It matters more because it can mess with you & it usually does it 1st well before the world. Take that moment to breath often, you will one day come to thank yourself for it.
