In doing so each of us can acknowledge in others the same. In that pain we all share comes a degree of understand from which we can all help each other. You are not alone.

Tobacco doesn’t just hurt you, it also hurts those around you. And who is the most frequently around you? Yes, it is your family, your friend, those that you care about. By choosing tobacco we are not just hurting ourselves, but those we love. If you can’t find the motivation to make the right choices for you, do it for your family.

Youth mental wellness matters. Sometimes doing something as simple as listening will greatly help your youths mental wellness. Take a moment to prioritize and don’t neglect that which is significant in your life.
