today we started and finished pre production today. we wrote a script this time around. it was pretty hard but it was a lot easier with a group than it was alone yesterday.

Week 6, Day 4
In the beginning when we started discussing about the storyline, we were getting no where. It was kinda frustrating but then we started getting ideas soon after that. As more time goes by and we were able to use the computer room, we all created a better script than the one before. There were a lot of changes but I had fun typing what each members think should happen. It was very fun today. I really want to win this one but we’ll see.
StepUp19: Week 6 Day 4
Today was kind of stressful because we spent a lot of time rewriting the story and finalizing some parts. I feel like our film can beat the other team if we do the shots right and edit it in a good way. I hope this turns out really good!

Today was boring. I hate pre-production but I like my ideas. Pre-production sucks really bad.

Today we struggled with making the story we chose make sense. We wanted it to have a horror aspect to it but what we had wasn’t that great so we had to change it around a bit. I think our film will be good, as long as we can make it dramatic.
Week 6, day 3
Today, we practiced typing scripts and did eventually typed our own. Nothing much was coming to mind which makes it harder to type. Something I wish will improve is Bobby’s positivity and everyone’s creativity. I hope to finish my script soon.

We learned how to write a script today. Writing the script was actually kind of fun. I liked it. I didn’t think my idea would turn into a pretty good script, but I think mine is actually decent.

Today was fun! I actually enjoyed script writing, I think I’d prefer writing a novel but script writing wasn’t that bad. Maybe I’ll write a novel version of this story on my own time. For me it was a little hard to resist writing a lot in detail. I look forward to reading the rest of my groups scripts and starting production!
