Medusa's Riddle

The play were on

Friday 8/1 at 5:30 p.m.,

Sunday 8/3 at 8:30 p.m.,

Tuesday 8/5 at 7 p.m.,

Thursday 8/7 5:30 p.m.,

& Saturday 8/9 at 1 p.m.

The first day wasn’t a bright day for the actors. Everyone was nervous and pretty still. It was said that it looks like the play was more of like someone reading a script. As the week went by our actors started to gain progress. We had some good review on Thursday 8/7, and on our last day Saturday 8/9 everybody did a pretty good job up on stage. Our dancers were pretty good through out the week. They had some mistake up on stage but they corrected it with well cover up acts.

The Ride

As I go, advancing through the night,
I will gallop, I will trot, I will ride,
Jumping up, like a baby bird, attempting flight,
Leaping over rocks and broken trees on their side,

The grounds, black, and the heavens, ablaze,
The war above raging with an inner fire,
My heart too fast a rhythm, my feet, crazed,
The evil behind be, pushing me higher,

The buring forest a sight to see,
I fear the thing that all things dread,
But with the fire almost catching me,
And the thing behind me that wants my head,

My efforts never good enough,
No time to say I have it hard.

Finding Love

Every time when I see my love in sight,
I really want to tell her how much I feel inside,
But then I see her with another guy, so then I locked myself and cried,
Even though it makes me sadder but that doesn’t matter,

All I want to see is her beautiful Smile.

Every where I go
Every where I look
I always see
All group
With only one race
Has so much hate
On each other
Never see
Any peace
In this world
It’s always got to be
White on that side
Black over that side
Asian on that side
And the other
Got to be on some other side
No love
Just hate
No hug
Because of different race
No tears
Because no one care
Just death
Because everyone want to be on the top
Don’t try to be stupid
Being races
On your own kind
And on others
Because you never
Went through the things
That they already went through
It’s just your point of view
Not theirs
Show some love
Show some respect
Then you’ll understand
Their race and culture
And they will too learn
Something from you
Become one group
Don’t be races like other crews
Just be you
Then you’ll understand the truth

Better

When I was born and came to be,
I came to this world and started to pee,
I started out young like everyone,
When I grew up and tried try my best,
My best to be better,
Better than everyone,
Everyone I knew,
I knew how to be better,
Better than my folks,
My folks who made me,
Made me who I am today,
Today I am the person I am,
Every single day,
Every single day trying to be better,
Better than myself,
Then I lost my mind,
I didn’t know what to do where to be how to see,
To see my way through the difficulties,
The difficulties of my life,
My life which I spend time,
Time to get better so I can pass school,
Pass school there is a gate,
A gate that tell you who you are,
You are what you wanted to be,
All you gotta do is make the right choice,
The choice to be who you want to be………………….

True Man

Man or woman. What defines a person and who they really are? Is it the clothes they wear or is it their sexuality? Is being gay or straight different when both sides of the party search for one thing in common? Who’s to say a man can’t wear a dress without being criticized while walking down the street; who’s to say a woman can’t dress like a man?

Bob is a man in women’s clothing, but he is more of a man than anyone else. It’s not about being built or playing violent sports—it’s about what defines you and makes you happy. This man is a proud woman who could care less who stares at him. He yells, “Check me out!” I was shocked that a man who dressed so weirdly was brave enough to show his true form.

He believed that his self confidence started with himself, not others and what they thought of him.

Do You Ever Wonder Why We're Here? (In life)

Sometimes when I wash the dishes, I think about why we are here.

I think about my life and if anyone has the same feelings I do. Sometimes I think this world is Mother Nature’s head and that we are the lice. The tree is her hair and when it snows its mother nature shampooing her head. Summer is when she is drying her hair. Just like the lice are in our hair, we die in the winter.

That is what I think of when I wonder about life. However, this is just one of my many imaginations when I think about why we are here, in life.

Why Should I Remember?

Why should I remember?
Memories form the past?
They are long forgotten
For reasons, do not ask
They are ships, drowned and forgotten
Pain drowned in the sea
I’m an explosion waiting to happen
I am the pain in me
No more do I try to fight it
The pain is here to stay
Just hide it and deny it
Yet it grows stronger everyday
Lock it up, throw away the key
I am my pain and it is me.

Drugs

Once upon a time there was a boy, seventeen years old, who rolled (did ecstasy) every weekend, stayed high, and drank 24/7.

He and I were cool and everything, but sometimes he could get very violent while he was high or drunk. One night we were at a party and he was drunk. I was on the dance floor, and someone smoked his weed that he had left on the table. He got super belligerent and became out of control. He found the girl who had taken the weed and she had smoked it all. Within a blink he had backhanded her.

A couple weeks later he met my friend Tracy and they started dating after hitting it off. He stopped his drug habits for the three months they were going out.

Unfortunately, he later got involved with meth. He and his friends got pulled over at about three in the morning. He was arrested because he was on acid and had thirty-four rolls (ecstasy) on him. He then went to court and was sentenced to six months in Lino. His girlfriend, Tracy, waited until he was finally released in February. He promised her that he would never go back and would never do drugs again.
