Recognizing Mental Health
Mental health is an invisible pain. In that no one else can feel your own. Invisible, but not indestructible. It is important to recognize within yourself a degree of mental pain. In doing so each of us can acknowledge in others the same. In that pain we all share comes a degree of understand from which we can all help each other. You are not alone.
Bullying Prevention Starts With Us
Every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued. Preventing bullying begins with awareness, kindness, and speaking up. Whether in schools, online, or in our communities, let’s create environments where everyone feels they belong. One kind word or action can make a powerful difference.
Tobacco doesn’t just hurt you, it also hurts those around you. And who is the most frequently around you? Yes, it is your family, your friend, those that you care about. By choosing tobacco we are not just hurting ourselves, but those we love. If you can’t find the motivation to make the right choices for you, do it for your family.
Youth mental wellness matters. Sometimes doing something as simple as listening will greatly help your youths mental wellness. Take a moment to prioritize and don’t neglect that which is significant in your life.
