Youth in Charge

Today I’ve gotten a pretty good impression of everyone. Everyone was very openminded, and followed exactly what Tie told us to do which is being professional, towards the end everyone loosened up alittle and were more themselves, thanks to the ice breakers and the pizza. I learned about finicial management which Chou showed in the video. Something I learned from the video is paying more when you’re in debt, becasue of interest. The tests were easy so I’m ok with them, I feel that it’s good to be tested once in a while anyway.

Today was hectic and pretty weird oh yeah the outpass was very hot and i wore i sweater because it rained when was coming here but overaly day was chill but during the end my head was hurting.

 

The first day of my Step-Up internship was quite a let down if anything I expected graphic design/ video instruction on how to do what would be our jobs but all I got was childish teambuilding exercises, getting stuck with middle schoolers, and some pretty good pizza WHICH I guess evens it out in the end. While the first day wasnt what I hoped it would be I hope the following days will involve actual work.

Today at AMA I learned about the do’s and the don’ts of Financial Literacy and a lay out of how my day will belike on a day to day basis. I also met new people and my supervisors and talked about what the expections are for the job and how to behave appropriately.We also played games and did fun ice breakers for everyone to get to know each others names and faces. We learned more about the job and what we will be covering weeekly in out chosen groups.

Today was a nice day. There some bumps like the computer. All the admins were very nice. I meet new people and I am look forward to working in groups

Today is the day I will take my first step towards my career. I am very excited to learn many new things, and to get to know my supervisors and co-workers.

The first day of  Step-Up was fun getting to know new people and having fun with my peers. I think that the rest of Step-Up will be full of fun and funny moments.

I enjoyed work today. Love that we had many fun activities and had time to get to know other people. I also like that the staff are very easy to get along with. Can’t wait for all the activities that’s coming along this summer!

So far today has been a good day. The “work” wasn’t over exhausting, but also wasn’t lacking in fun or just boring.

I think today was a fun first day because we did ice breakers to get to know each other somewhat. I learned more about financial literacy by a game show, and was reminded to not slack off at work. I liked working in small groups because it was easier to get to know the people little by little I guess.
